We are excited to announce that the statistical analysis plan for the Wellcome Trust Safe Storage trial is now freely available to be viewed online. (click to download)
The purpose of the Safe Storage statistical analysis plan is to:
- Ensure that the analysis is appropriate for the aims of the trial, reflects good statistical practice, and that interpretation of a priori and post hoc analyses respectively is appropriate.
- Explain in detail how the data will be handled and analysed to enable others to perform the actual analysis in the event of sickness or other absence
Jane Brandt Sørensen one of the PhD student affiliated with the Safe Storage trial has been involved with the production of a film to highlight the challenges faced in rural communities in Sri Lanka and highlights some of the fantastic work being done locally by staff members and students at the medical faculty of Rajarata University in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka. The film also briefly describes the Safe Storage trial.
Please take the time to watch the film and read the related article written by Jane.
